- Should have a good understanding and experience in managing change management processes as per ITIL standards. Should have knowledge and experience using SNOW and Jira tool. Should be able to review and validate the completeness and correctness of the changes created in the queue for approval. Work with stakeholders within the team and extended team who have raised the change or need to participate in the Change. Plan for Pre and Post Change tasks Plan for the team's availability for Pre and Post Change tasks Plan for change meetings as needed. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Change status report including failed change report. Work as part of the current change management team to drive and deliver as per the agreed task. Perform other duties as assigned Named Job Posting? (if Yes - needs to be approved by SCSC)
