Roles and Responsibilities
Change management• Establish annual work plan for change management in collaboration with IS leadership team and stakeholders
to set objectives, performance measurements, standards and results expected
• Monitor implementation of the annual work plan, oversee progress and ensure the delivery of results as planned
and according to expectation
• Utilize existing management dashboards to keep teams apprised on the status of projects/ change taking place
• Promote teamwork and collaboration by providing the IS team with clear direction, objectives and guidance to
enable IS objectives to change are achieved
