Channel Partnership Manager
to grow and develop our ISO/Agent partner network and bring on merchants on your own. If you're experienced in
Merchant Services

What You'll Do as a Channel Manager:
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of ISOs and independent sales agents
- Hybrid Role of building channel partnerships and establishing your merchant accounts
- Build relationships with potential channel partners to drive merchant acquisition
- Promote Pepper Pay's merchant services solutions to help partners close deals
- Serve as the go-to resource for agent onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Maintain performance metrics and deliver on revenue goals
- Provide feedback to internal teams on partner and market needs
- Stay informed on trends in the
Merchant Services
and payments industry
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a
Channel Partnership Manager
or Partner Manager in the payments/FinTech industry - Strong network of ISOs/agents or demonstrated success in partner recruitment
- Deep understanding of
Merchant Services
, payment processing, and partner programs - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and meet revenue goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Channel Manager or ISO/agent-facing role
- Background in selling or supporting payment processing, POS systems, or SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with high-risk merchant onboarding processes is a plus
