Role & responsibilities
1> Develop and optimize materials, coatings, and chemical processes for kitchenware.
2> Conduct experiments and research to enhance product durability, safety, and performance.
3> Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
4> Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams for process improvements.
5> Troubleshoot material or chemical-related production challenges.
6> Maintain documentation of processes, formulations, and testing results.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors/Master's in Chemical Engineering
Knowledge of materials, coatings & manufacturing chemical processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving & teamwork skills
