Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Design & Layout:
Plan efficient, safe, and compliant plant structures. - Equipment Selection:
Choose and integrate specialized machinery (e.g., extractors, evaporators, dryers). - Process Control:
Implement systems to monitor and optimize extraction processes. - Quality Control:
Ensure purity, potency, and safety of oleoresins. - Safety & Compliance:
Maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Oversee equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues. - Automation:
Introduce technologies to improve process efficiency and reduce labor. - Team Collaboration:
Work with engineers, scientists, and operators for seamless operations.
Plant Types:
- Spice oleoresins (e.g. turmeric)
- Herbal extracts (e.g., fenugreek, capsicum)
- Combined essential oil and oleoresin extraction plants
Design Considerations:
- Capacity:
