Job Requirements
  • This role is responsible for the overall productivity improvement in Refining and Recovery
  • Determining Quality control standards (CTPs & CTQs) and other Metallurgical aspects of Hydro Metallurgy & Pyro Metallurgical Processes for different kinds of input gold (received through TEP, GEP, GPS DORE, Recycling Gold etc.) with different Impurities.
  • Establishing the Quality Control Standards (CTPs & CTQs) for the End-to-end Hydro Metallurgical way and Pyro Metallurgical Way of Gold Recovery.
  • YIELD Enhancement from various kinds of dust and other by products from entire Manufacturing processes.
  • Establishing the Process Controls to achieve Zero Gold in Processed residues.
  • Exploring and establishing the New Process Innovations and Developments to enhance the Operational Efficiency in Coordination with the Refining team.
  • Establishing the Metallurgical measurements in End-to-End Refining Processes for different kinds of inputs.
  • Establishing the Different Karatage Gold Alloy making process and supplying the karatage Gold from Refining.
  • Establishing the Metallurgical way of Process Innovations on Clean Gold Refining technique by removing the Impurities from Input Gold.
  • Establishing a scientific approach to reduce excess karatage/purity losses.
  • Establishing in a Scientific and Metallurgical way by revisiting the ZERO METAL DISCHARGE System and POST REFINING activities to achieve ZERO GOLD in Processed Residues/By products.
  • An Engineer specialized in Chemical from a reputed Institution and with Good Academic records.
  • Should have very good knowledge in Precious Metals, Alloys, and Metallurgical Processes.
  • Should have good knowledge in Manufacturing Process/Engineering drawings.
  • Should be a Good Team player and collaborator.
  • Should be passionate about developing the New Process Innovations and Improvements.
  • Should have the ability to drive and achieve results.
  • Should have an eye for detail and be good with data analysis
  • Responsible for mechanizing the Refining /Recovery processes.
  • Develop and Automated the Process manual to automation
  • Identifying the higher complex products/components involving manual mfg. processes and develop a new mechanized process to eliminate the manual skill dependency (de-skilling).
  • Conduct pilot scale and bulk scale trials to identify any abnormalities and address the same before implementation for regular production.
  • Characterize and analyze the outcome of the process and obtain approval from all the key stakeholders for bulk production implementation.
  • Responsible to establish the Product/Process Engineering with the objective of adopting Engineering methodologies to overcome Jewellery Mfg. challenges.
  • Prioritize and develop projects based on critical business needs
  • Optimize current processes to meet all customer and internal requirements
  • Elimination of Conventional/monotonous activities with process Automations.
  • Working with multi-functional team to achieve project goals
  • Recommending new ideas and techniques to ensure project success
  • Evaluating current processes and providing the recommendations for enhancement.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting the process challenges, establishing the process controls and focusing on continual improvements.
  • Collaboratively working with diversified manufacturing teams, supporting to develop the new process/product and establishments.
  • Refining and Recovery Process manual operation elimination and Improvement of Recovery yield with scientific Method.
  • Defining the clear road map for process engineering initiatives and conduct periodic review to ensure on-time completion
  • Identifying gaps, root causes and strategy disconnect in the context of challenging the fundamental assumptions and re-creating the core processes
  • Working closely with production teams and identify the suitable areas for mechanization
  • Designing the future state processes and implementing future state changes
  • Developing and establishing the best practices, performing experimental process tests and innovative solutions, which will enhance the Productivity, Quality, Cost, Safety, Morale & Environment etc. from its current level.
  • Developing and implementing metrics to monitor and improve performance of processes
  • Co-ordinating with CITE team for the productivity improvement projects implementation. 
  • Bringing new Process Automation/Innovation/techniques, which are available in other jewellery manufacturing hubs and implementing the same with our vendors and thereby bringing newness in the products.
  • Responsible for establishing new jewellery manufacturing process Automation/innovations, and horizontal deployment of new products/manufacturing processes/technologies and extend the same in all other areas.  
  • Supporting to launch new designs of products/concepts/processes by collating the best from both in-house and vendor locations.
  • Closely working with diversified manufacturing teams, supporting to implement 8 Pillars of TPM and establishing the TPM Way of Manufacturing across Gold Jewellery Manufacturing processes.
Work Experience
  • B.E in Chemical engg.
  • Age: 22-25 Years, Male Candidates
  • B.E with should have at least 2-5 years of experience in Process Automation/Engineering projects and Fully Chemical background
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment

  • Strong attention to details & Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Dealing with diversified teams & Good Interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Concepts of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & Implementation.
