About the Role
As Operational CFO, you'll be both
financial steward and operational architect
, driving scalable growth. You will:
- Lead
finance, operations, IT, HR and supply chain
to strengthen efficiency, margins, and scalability. - Partner with the
CEO, President, and Advisory Board
on strategy and transformation. - Own
budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance
while shaping product, manufacturing, and distribution strategy. - Establish
KPIs and systems
to enhance performance and accountability across all departments. - Build strong external relationships with
banks, vendors, customers, and partners
. - Serve as a
hands-on leader
with cross-functional visibility (Sales, Licensing, Product, HR, and more).
What We're Looking For
We want a
strategic CFO with operational horsepower
and future-President potential:
- CFO or senior finance/operations executive experience
in a $50M+ business. - Track record of
scaling operations and driving transformation
. - Exceptional
financial strategy, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills
. - CPA or MBA preferred.
- Consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution
background strongly preferred. - Comfort in an

with hands-on leadership.
