Chief Financial Officer
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer , with a previous hospitality and/or real estate experience.
With around 60 Millennium hotels in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern and Southern Europe as well as Central Asia and South Asia, the region is growing rapidly.
The ideal candidate will have around 15-20 years’ experience including at least 7 in a similar leadership role. Both strategic and hands on, beyond the usual financial expertise, strategic planning and risk management, the successful candidate will be able to roll up their sleeves and deliver results in a challenging environment.
There is a significant transformation work to be done which requires solid stakeholder management skills, resourcefulness and agility as well as exceptional team leadership and communication skills.
This newly created role is based in Dubai, and a hospitality or real estate background combined with prior experience in fast growth regions are necessary.
