Experience & Background
Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
5-10 years of financial leadership experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance or CFO.
Proven track record of:
- Managing consolidated reporting for international or global operations.
- Leading debt and capital raising initiatives.
- Navigating complex financial and regulatory environments.
- Strong commercial judgment and hands‑on approach when needed.
