Designation: Civil Site Inspector
Department: Property Valuation
Role & Responsibilities:
- Travel to the customer's location for on-site verification.
- Measure the land and building, including details such as the number of floors and rooms (if a building is available).
- Capture site photographs with GPS location and a selfie with the customer on the site.
- Record geo-locations of comparable properties.
- Take photographs of the EB Board and bill.
- Collect and document the four boundary information of the site.
- Gather the market rate per square foot from various sources
- Update all the gathered informations in the site inspector Application.
Preferred Candidate Profile and Qualifications:
- Fluent in reading and writing the regional language(Kannada)
- Diploma in Civil Engineer (Preferred) or B.E in Civil Engineer
- Basic Civil Engineering Knowledge about Land and Flat
- Proven experience in Land and Real Estate Property Portfolio
