Job Description: Civil Site Engineer Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with project teams to deliver results on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all civil site activities to ensure project execution as per the planned timeline and quality standards.
Manage day-to-day operations at the construction site, including labor management and material handling.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders for smooth execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements on the site.
Assist in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and site issues.
Estimate quantities and manage procurement of construction materials as required.
Monitor the use of machinery and equipment at the site to ensure optimal utilisation.
Oversee quality control and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with specifications.
Qualification & Skills: B. Tech/B. E. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in civil site supervision and project execution.
Strong understanding of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in construction software, Auto CAD, and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle site pressure effectively.
