Rao Associates , a leading government approved property valuation firm with over 30 years of experience, is urgently hiring a Civil Engineer for our East Delhi Head Office.
You will play a key role in site visits, valuation data collection, and preparation of detailed property valuation reports in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial sites for valuation inspections.
- Take accurate property measurements and collect on-site data (photos, documents, and ownership details).
- Prepare fair market valuation reports using Excel and Google Sheets as per firm standards.
- Coordinate with office staff for report formatting, verification, and submission.
- Communicate politely with clients and ensure timely report delivery.
- Maintain digital records of valuation files, drawings, and calculations.
- Assist in the creation of cost and depreciation sheets.
- Support senior valuers during report reviews and revisions.
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (required).
- 2–6 years experience in property valuation, real estate, or construction field work.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry).
- Ability to take accurate property measurements (area, carpet, built-up).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and ready to travel locally for site visits.
- Knowledge of valuation formats or report-making is preferred.
