About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and oversee the execution and management of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, structural work, and project coordination.
Please note that we are only looking for someone who is skilled and has at least 3 years of experience as a 'Civil Engineer' knowing how to make BOQ's and has an adequate understanding of drawings. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site activities
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control
- Prepare project reports, BOQs, adequate understanding of structural drawings and maintain documentation
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in civil/construction projects
- Strong knowledge of structural design, site execution & material management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and related software
- Good communication and leadership skills
