The Claims Data Solutions Sr. Analyst will report to VP, Claims Data Solutions and Insights. This is a crucial role to the delivery of claims operational and data transformation solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Bring a distinct data consumer prospective to ensure that business intelligence, operational metrics, modeling, analytics, and reporting requirements are effectively fulfilled. This encompasses a comprehensive understanding of how claims data flow into, within, and outside claims systems, along with the intended use, dependencies, and impacts as well as a strong understanding of business processes and their associations with source system and/or vendor data.
- Identify and propose essential data elements necessary to support the company's business intelligence, operational metrics, modeling, analytics, and reporting needs and ensure they are captured with precision, completeness, consistency.
- Act as Product Owner to develop meaningful data products for various use cases based on business priorities and anticipated impact.
- Document business requirements and clearly articulate the business benefits.
- Apply analytical techniques to analyze and interpret intricate data sets, extracting meaningful insights that can support informed decision-making processes.
