The Clinic Account Executive is a full-cycle sales rep that leads the sales process from first conversation to close, and then post-sale account growth for independent urology clinics, small practices, and mid-sized groups.
This role combines consultative selling with a focus on sustainable revenue growth by managing a deliberate, relationship-driven pipeline. Getting time with busy medical professionals isn’t always easy. The goal is to develop a repeatable outbound sales motion that works in this kind of environment.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospect to account growth.
- Manage a blended pipeline of solo providers, small practices, and multi-site groups.
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand clinical workflows, reimbursement goals, and adoption barriers.
- Recommend license tiers and order plans that ensure strong product–clinic fit based on practice size, testing volume, and payer mix.
- Deliver demos and proposals that highlight profitability through reimbursement and improved patient compliance.
- Negotiate terms within approved parameters to close deals that maximize value for both the clinic and the company.
- Collaborate with the executive team on strategic opportunities, assisting in research, outreach, demos, and proposal preparation.
- Onboard clinics to get ahead of their pain points and make using Emano Flow easy from Day 1.
- Develop and execute an outbound prospecting process, including lead research, outreach cadences, and follow-up strategies.
- Track outreach, pipeline movement, and deal progress in HubSpot using structured cadences and defined sales stages.
