Title: Infor CloudSuite WFM Admin
Location: Remote - Philadelphia, PA; Candidates ideally live in NJ, PA, DE, MD to go onsite once per month or less
Contract: W2 only, 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
Pay: $90-$95,000/year
This role involves supporting the transition from Lawson to Infor CloudSuite WFM as part of a long-term project. The candidate will participate in a semi-agile development workflow, administer CloudSuite products, and assist with system troubleshooting, training, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in semi-agile development workflows using Scrum/Kanban methodologies with Jira.
- Administer CloudSuite WFM, Financials & Supply Management (FSM), and Global Human Resources (GHR) modules.
- Manage and administer business processes via CloudSuite actions, forms, fields, relations, and workflows.
- Administer reports through CloudSuite lists and SSRS, supporting the conversion from Crystal Reports.
- Perform day-to-day troubleshooting, Q&A, and review related to the system for business leads.
- Contribute to the build-out of a central documentation knowledge base using Confluence.
- Support the transition from Lawson to CloudSuite, with a focus on configuration console and IPA experience.
- Assist in training and provide root cause analysis troubleshooting.
- CloudSuite WFM admin experience is essential.
- Hands-on experience with CloudSuite product administration.
- Experience with report management via SSRS and report conversion from Crystal Reports.
- Ability to participate in Scrum/Kanban workflows using Jira.
- Fundamental understanding of system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Training experience related to CloudSuite implementations.
- A developer background with familiarity in configuration consoles and IPA.
- Experience with Lawson to CloudSuite migration projects.
- Knowledge of Config Console and IPA differences and benefits.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal onsite presence, ideally in PA or within three hours of Philadelphia.
- Experience supporting both DevOps and implementation phases during a multi-year project.
