About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our business expansion and partner ecosystem across Europe. You will be responsible for agent/distributor acquisition, high-touch channel management, and cross-functional collaboration with HQ to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Distribution
- Identify, onboard, and manage new agents/distributors across European markets to expand market coverage.
- Negotiate contracts and define KPIs with partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Key Accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with premium channels and strategic partners.
- Lead joint business planning and PR initiatives to enhance brand positioning.
3. Operational Execution
- Work closely with HQ teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to localize strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and propose corrective actions to meet targets.
4. Market Intelligence
- Provide insights on competitor activities, regulatory changes, and customer needs to shape regional strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, distributor management, or commercial roles, preferably in consumer goods, luxury, or healthcare.
- Network: Existing relationships with distributors/retailers in Europe.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English , German or French would be a plus.
- Strong negotiation and data-driven decision-making.
