Community Manager & Digital Marketing
Location: On-site in Elche (Alicante)
Start date: Immediate or negotiable
Responsibilities- Management of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Creation of visual and textual content aligned with brand identity
- Planning and execution of the digital editorial calendar
- Management of online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Analysis of metrics, KPIs, and monthly reporting
- Monitoring of competition and digital trends in the sector
- Support in organizing events and international fairs
- Development of strategies to grow the online community and generate engagement
- Basic website management
- Coordination with sales/export team for promotions and launches
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or similar fields
- Specific training in Social Media, eCommerce, SEO/SEM is valued
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing social media and digital campaigns
- Technical skills: Meta Business Suite, Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, WordPress, Metricool, ChatGPT, etc.
- Basic SEO, email marketing, automation skills
- High level of English (minimum B2-C1)
- Passion for communication, creativity, and visual aesthetics
- Analytical skills and results-oriented approach
- Autonomy, proactivity, and flexibility
