Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled
CAE Analyst – I
with hands-on experience in
Body & Frames Analysis
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various structural and fatigue analyses using industry-standard CAE tools, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Perform
   strength analysis
   using
   Abaqus
   .
2. Conduct
   static and dynamic fatigue analysis
   for sheet metal and seam welds using fatigue solvers such as
   Ncode
   ,
   FEMFAT
   , or
   FE-Safe
   .
3. Carry out
   preload and stiffness analyses
   for automotive components.
4. Perform
   frequency response
   and
   transient response analyses
   using
   Nastran
   .
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and report generation.

Skill Set:

1. Hypermesh / ANSA
   (Hypermesh preferred).
2. NASTRAN
   – Stiffness and Transient Response Analysis.
3. ABAQUS
   – Strength and Preload Analysis.
4. Ncode / FEMFAT
   – Sheet Metal Fatigue Analysis.
5. FE-Safe / NCode / FEMFAT
   – Weld Fatigue Analysis.

Domain Knowledge:

1. Expertise in
   FE Model Review
   and validation.
2. Strong
   task coordination
   and organizational skills.
3. Good understanding of
   automobile components
   and
   assembly connections
   .
4. Excellent
   communication skills
   for effective customer and team interactions.
5. Sound knowledge of
