Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Designer, based in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves planning and designing construction and architectural projects, managing budgets, conducting site inspections, and ensuring the successful implementation of designs. The Construction Designer will also work closely with project stakeholders and teams to align designs with project goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction, Architecture, and site-specific Inspection processes
- Strong Budgeting skills to manage project costs effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office for documentation, reports, and project management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is an advantage
