We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out construction activities at our Kochi location. The ideal candidate should be proactive, technically sound, and have a track record of delivering high-value projects with quality and within schedule.
About the Role
- Manage end-to-end project execution for MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out works. Coordinate with contractors, architects, PMCs, clients, and government departments.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and resolve any technical or execution-related issues.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate the project team for effective performance.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in MEP, Civil, Façade, and Interior Fit-Out projects. Proven ability to independently manage and deliver high-value projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with various stakeholders including contractors, architects, PMCs, and clients. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. Familiarity with government regulations and statutory requirements related to construction.
Required Skills
- MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling and tracking.
- AutoCAD for reviewing technical drawings.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Project Management tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or construction management platforms is an advantage.
