About the role

Enerven is excited to continue our partnership with TransGrid on the Eraring Bess Connection 2 project. This high-profile project will facilitate the integration of the Earing Battery into the NSW grid.

This project involves upgrades to existing transmission lines and substations to ensure the battery can be activated when needed and will provide grid stability and support as we continue the transition to renewable energy sources.

The Construction Site Supervisor will report directly to the Construction Manager and will be responsible for:

  • overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksite
  • supervising overall work group performance, including productivity, stakeholder engagement and compliance
  • coordination between subcontractors, internal staff and external stakeholders
  • commissioning interface
  • work planning to ensure schedule and project outcomes are met
  • ensuring resource utilisation is cost-effective to meet budget needs.

In addition to the above, you'll provide direct leadership and supervision for multiple employees and subcontractors and be the driving force behind our dedicated team delivering a large-scale project on time and to client requirements.

We have flexibility across rosters and options to live locally or FIFO/DIDO with excellent relocation support or Living Away from Home Allowances.

About you

You’re a dynamo with a proven track record leading large-scale grid connection projects. You’ll have excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills enabling you to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and address project challenges. Above else, your passion to lead safe, high-performing teams will be key to the successful delivery of this project.
