Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Consultant – HR Business Partner
to collaborate closely with family-run businesses and leadership teams to build strong, future-ready organizations. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations, focusing on
organization design, leadership advisory, culture building, and performance enhancement
.
As a trusted partner to the business, the Consultant will work on translating business priorities into actionable people strategies, enabling sustainable growth and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners and leadership teams to
align people strategy with business goals
and drive organizational effectiveness. - Conduct
in-depth business and talent diagnostics
to identify performance gaps, capability needs, and culture enablers. - Design and implement
strategic HR interventions
including organization structure redesign, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management. - Drive
performance enablement frameworks
—goal setting, review mechanisms, and capability-building initiatives. - Act as an
advisor
to business leaders and key stakeholders, fostering leadership effectiveness and succession readiness. - Facilitate
high-impact discussions
to build alignment, engagement, and clarity across teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
implement people-centric solutions
that strengthen business performance and culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in
HR Business Partnering / Organizational Development / HR Consulting
roles. - Strong exposure to
family business environments
, with the ability to navigate and influence in entrepreneurial settings. - Expertise in
strategic planning, business analysis
, and designing
HR interventions
. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
(MBA preferred).
