Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead and execute content
initiatives across platforms with the goal of improving customer retention , user engagement , and brand storytelling . This role requires a blend of content strategy, team management,
customer-centric communication, and performance-driven execution across web and app ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive content strategy aligned with brand goals, customer journeys, and retention objectives.
Develop engaging and impactful content across channels – website, app, email, blog, and social media.
Plan and execute content campaigns to improve app and web engagement metrics.
冒 Customer Engagement & Retention
● Create and optimize content that enhances user experience across the donor app and website.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop communication flows for onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement.
Analyze content performance and user behavior to derive insights and improve engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Performance Marketing, Product, SEO, and Design teams to deliver cohesive messaging.
Partner with CRM teams to create lifecycle content for email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
Requirements
● 4–8 years of content experience, preferably in a digital-first or B2C environment.
● Proven experience in building and managing content teams.
● Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, and user behavior.
● Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, CMS, push notification platforms, and content performance dashboards.
● Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
● Understanding of SEO, app content optimization, and retention content techniques.
