We're looking for a Content Strategist who lives and breathes influencer culture. Someone who understands how influencers think, what brands want, and how audiences engage. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy — helping craft ideas that go viral, scripts that influencers love, and campaigns that deliver real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Ideation: Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and activations tailored for influencer-led marketing.
- Influencer Support: Step in when influencers need help with cracking a concept, script, or creative direction — ensuring content aligns with both their persona and brand objectives.
- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Draft engaging, platform-native scripts and content flows that balance entertainment and brand messaging.
- Trendspotting: Track viral trends, formats, and content hooks across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms — adapt them for campaigns.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to translate brand briefs into influencer-friendly content strategies.
- Performance Lens: Ensure concepts are not only creative but also designed for reach, recall, and measurable engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in content strategy / creative strategy, ideally in influencer marketing, digital content, or social media.
- Strong understanding of influencer culture, social platforms, and what makes content go viral.
- Ability to think like an influencer and a brand simultaneously.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative ideation skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trending audio, meme culture, etc.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in brainstorming with both clients and creators.
