Job Title: Content Strategist – Health Supplement Brand

Location: (sohna road/ gurgaon)
Department: Marketing / Brand

About the Role

We're looking for a Content Strategist who can craft and execute a data-driven, creative content strategy for our health supplement brand. You'll be responsible for shaping our brand narrative across digital platforms—educating, engaging, and inspiring customers to make informed health choices.

You'll combine storytelling, SEO insights, and an understanding of wellness trends to build trust and authority in the nutrition and supplement space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a 360° content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
  • Create a content calendar that covers blogs, videos, social media, newsletters, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
  • Map content to the customer journey—from awareness to conversion and retention.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Lead the creation of educational and promotional content around nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and wellness trends.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, nutrition experts, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand voice, compliance standards (FSSAI/FTC), and scientific accuracy.

3. SEO & Performance Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research to guide content creation.
  • Optimize website, blog, and video content for organic search performance.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and conversion data to refine strategy.

4. Social Media & Influencer Strategy

  • Develop social storytelling frameworks for Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with influencers, nutritionists, and fitness coaches to expand reach.
  • Create community-driven content (testimonials, challenges, success stories).

5. Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning

  • Identify opportunities for expert-led content (webinars, guides, podcasts).
  • Stay updated on health supplement trends, regulatory updates, and consumer behavior.
  • Maintain brand credibility through evidence-based, trustworthy communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in health, wellness, or FMCG.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel content campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and content performance metrics.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with healthcare or nutrition experts a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
