We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Strategist to take brands viral on Instagram & TikTok. If you're obsessed with trends, know how to craft engaging content, and have a knack for making videos pop on the algorithm, this role is for you
What you'll do:
- Trend Research & Adaptation: Study viral Reels in different niches, analyze trends, and recreate them in a way that fits the brand.
- Content Calendar Planning: Assist in planning and organizing content schedules to ensure consistency and impact.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, VN, Inshot.
- UGC Creator Outreach: Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and managing user-generated content (UGC) creators.
- Engagement & Optimization: Learn to optimize content for maximum reach through captions, hashtags, timing, and trending sounds.
- Performance Analysis: Track content performance, identify patterns, and tweak strategies to boost virality.
What you need:
- Must be passionate about scaling Instagram / TikTok and making viral reels.
- Strong taste & creative instinct—you know what makes a video go viral.
- Passion for Instagram trends, Reels, and storytelling.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Inshot etc.).
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, visuals, and brand alignment.
- Understanding of social media growth strategies.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and contribute fresh ideas.
