About the Role
We're looking for a
Content Strategist
to drive creative storytelling and marketing efforts at Material Depot. You'll work closely with our marketing, design, and sales teams to build content that connects deeply with our customers and fuels growth.
This is a
hands-on creative role
that combines content creation, brand management, and data-backed decision-making.
Experience required:
1–3 years in marketing, content, or related fields.
What You'll Do
- Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with business and marketing goals. - Brand Management:
Refine and maintain our brand voice across all touchpoints. - Marketing Collaboration:
Partner with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and conversions. - Performance Analysis:
Track and optimize content performance using data-driven insights. - Target Ownership:
Take full ownership of your deliverables and outcomes, ensuring alignment with team goals.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in
content creation, marketing, or strategy
. - Experience in
interiors, construction, or furniture
is a plus. - Excellent communication and writing skills.
- A hands-on, proactive approach — willing to experiment, learn, and adapt.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership.
