Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Strategist to lead the brand's storytelling, visual direction, and content execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders to craft compelling content strategies that drive sales, enhance visibility, and strengthen brand identity across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the brand's marketing and sales goals.
- Frame monthly content calendars outlining campaign themes, product highlights, and storytelling directions.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and aesthetics across all channels.
- Creative Direction
- Strategize and conceptualize photo shoots for the brand — including developing mood boards, shoot concepts, and styling directions that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Oversee creative production, ensuring high-quality visual output for all photoshoots and video shoots.
- Plan and guide how both static and video creatives should look and feel for various platforms — especially for digital ads, social media, and website banners.
- Campaign & Performance Alignment
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design creative content that enhances ad performance and engagement.
- Work with performance marketers to optimize creatives based on data insights and campaign results.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the founders to strategize sales plans, brand growth initiatives, and visibility campaigns.
- Partner with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of all brand communications.
- Trend Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on fashion, content, and social media trends to ensure Mookaa Fashions remains culturally relevant and visually distinctive.
- Continuously explore innovative formats and storytelling techniques to elevate brand engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or creative direction (fashion industry experience preferred).
- Strong visual sense and creative storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in content planning tools, social media platforms, and basic design/video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into creative ideas and measurable outcomes.
