Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Who We're Looking For

A content brain + strategy soul who knows how to tell stories that sell.

You know the difference between copy and content , and more importantly - you know when to use what.

You love building systems, running experiments, and hitting KPIs with creativity (not clickbait). You're fluent in reels, blogs, emails, landing pages - and you're ready to own the narrative of one of India's fastest-growing fintech brands.

Your Role: Content Strategist Strategy & Calendar

• Plan monthly content across formats (video, blog, email, ads, reels)
• Build campaigns around product launches, market trends, and trading buzz
• Own the content calendar like it's your Netflix lineup

Writing & Briefing

• Write high-conversion landing pages, ads, scripts, and emails
• Break down complex finance into "explain-it-to-a-10-year-old" clarity
• Build solid briefs for designers, video editors & freelance writers

Distribution & Growth

• Optimize for SEO, channel-fit, and performance (we're not writing just to sound smart)
• Repurpose content across blog reels carousels emails
• Track what's working, kill what's not, double down on what scales

Collaboration

• Sync with marketing for campaigns and growth loops
• Co-create with founder, educators, and video team
• Align content with product, CRM journeys, and real-time user insights

Must-Have Skills

• 2-4 years of content writing/strategy experience (fintech/edtech/SaaS is a plus)
• Strong writing chops - from storytelling to sharp ad copy
• Working knowledge of SEO, funnels, audience psychology
• Comfort with tools: Notion, Google Docs, Grammarly, Surfer/Frase, etc.
• Ability to think in terms of "outcome," not just "output"

Bonus If You

• Have built a newsletter, blog, podcast, or community from scratch
• Can write in both Hindi + English (especially for Insta/YouTube)
• Have ghostwritten for a founder or handled a personality-driven brand
• Know a bit about markets, trading, or investing - or want to learn fast
