Job Summary:
The Content Strategist is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that align with brand objectives, enhance audience engagement, and drive measurable results. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and analytical insight to plan, create, and optimize content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive content strategies for clients across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with creative, copy, design, and social media teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience insights, and competitor content to inform strategy.
- Create content calendars, tone-of-voice guidelines, and content frameworks for brands.
- Oversee the creation and execution of campaign content — from concept to delivery.
- Optimize content performance through analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with media and account teams to align content with campaign goals and KPIs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.
- Identify new content formats and emerging trends to keep client brands relevant and engaging.
- Present strategy decks and content ideas to clients with strong rationale and creative clarity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or brand communication.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, and digital storytelling.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strategic acumen and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in advertising or creative agencies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and content collaborations.
- Understanding of paid and organic content ecosystems.
- Strong sense of design and visual storytelling.
