About the Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned content writer with 4–5 years of experience who brings more than words to the table — someone who understands the study abroad journey inside out and can translate that into engaging, helpful, and search-optimized content that speaks to real student concerns.
If you’ve written content that has helped students decide where to study, how to apply, how to get scholarships, or how to transition into a new country — this is your kind of role.
You'll work closely with our Content Lead and SEO team to craft content that is accurate, conversion-friendly, future-ready, and genuinely empathetic toward the reader.
✏ Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Domain Expertise
Write high-quality, helpful, and engaging content across landing pages, blogs, guides, emails, and SEO articles — tailored to the needs of students exploring overseas education.
Cover topics like: course selection, cost of study, scholarships, exams (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, PTE), visa processes, intakes, country guides, student life, job opportunities, and more.
Ensure the content reflects domain expertise — positioning AECC as a trustworthy voice in the study abroad space.
Write as if you're advising the student directly — with clarity, empathy, and actionable insights.
SEO & Search Intent Alignment:
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is search-optimized, intent-driven, and aligned with E-E-A-T principles.
Use primary and secondary keywords naturally, without stuffing.
Structure content for readability and featured snippet opportunities (tables, FAQs, schema-ready formatting).
Research & Accuracy
Stay updated with immigration rules, university updates, scholarship announcements, and destination trends (Australia, USA, UK, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Ireland, Dubai).
Ensure fact-checking, use of authoritative sources (government/university websites), and clear citations where required.
Integrate statistics, application deadlines, eligibility info, and timelines wherever helpful to the reader.
Collaboration & Ownership
Take ownership of assigned content from brief to delivery with minimal supervision.
Work closely with the content lead, SEO lead, and destination teams to create content that supports student intent and business goals.
Suggest content improvements, topic ideas, or optimizations based on SEO reports or user queries.
