We're on the hunt for a Copy Supervisor who can lead narrative strategy, build culturally resonant content, and manage a team of writers - all while delivering copy that performs.
This is not just a writing role. It's a creative leadership role that calls for someone who:
- Understands audiences from urban metros to rural Bharat
- Is fluent in both English & Hindi copywriting
- Has a keen sense of what makes content viral
- Knows how to blend insight, performance, and storytelling
- Lead copy development across formats - scripts, statics, social, campaign lines
- Write, review, and guide high-performance content across brands and platforms
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling stories for both Hindi and English-speaking audiences
- Bring fluency in multiple tones: fun, sassy, sharp, humorous, emotional
- Drive social content that goes viral—Reels, carousels, ad copy, hooks, etc.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and performance teams to craft content that works
- Stay updated on social trends and cultural hooks (you should know what’s going viral before it trends)
- 4–6 years of professional copywriting experience (agency experience mandatory)
- Ability to write and lead in both Hindi & English fluently
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, CTR-friendly headlines, and thumb-stopping copy
- Strong campaign thinking—can take an idea and shape it across formats
- Team leadership experience (you’ll manage 2–3 copywriters)
- Calm under pressure, confident in client-facing roles
- Availability outside office hours if needed (we work fast and smart)
- Worked on regional or vernacular campaigns
- Built campaigns for Tier 2/3 audiences or Bharat-first platforms
- Knowledge of AI writing tools for speed + structure
