About the Role
We're looking for a creative Copywriter who can bring fresh energy and storytelling power to our campaigns.
You'll be scripting short-form video content and crafting catchy ad copies for posters, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Your words will define how Lakmé Academy Kochi connects with aspiring beauty professionals and drives leads through creative communication.
Key Responsibilities
● Write video scripts for marketing campaigns, student stories, and academy highlights.
● Create ad copies and poster content for Meta, Google, and offline campaigns.
● Collaborate with the Creative Head and Videography Team to align messaging with visuals.
● Ensure every piece of content follows Lakmé's brand tone and visual guidelines.
● Translate campaign ideas into simple, engaging, and conversion-driven communication.
● Brainstorm new campaign themes, social hooks, and content ideas.
● Adapt writing style for different platforms — reels, stories, posters, and ad captions.
Requirements
● 1–2 years of experience in copywriting or digital content creation.
● Strong English writing and communication skills (Malayalam fluency is an advantage).
● Understanding of digital campaigns, beauty education, and brand storytelling.
● Ability to think visually and write for video formats.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative setup.
Preferred Skills
● Experience writing ad copies or video scripts for educational or beauty brands.
● Awareness of social media trends and audience engagement styles.
● Creative mindset with attention to detail and tone consistency.
● Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS) is a plus.
