This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Tsunami Express currently owns and operates 70+ express car wash locations across Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, and Wisconsin, with aggressive plans to expand to 100+ locations over the next three years. We are creating a high-performance network of car washes powered by people, automation, and smart technology.
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide guidance on interview best practices.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
- Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and values.
- Stay informed of industry trends, labor market changes, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a wide range of roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
