We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Coupa Business Analyst to bridge business objectives with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define procurement and spend management processes, translate business needs into Coupa functional designs, and collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and process mapping for procurement and contingent workforce workflows in Coupa.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and test cases.
- Partner with development teams to validate designs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work with QA teams to review test plans, validate results, and drive issue resolution during UAT.
- Support process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across P2P and CCW.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure process compliance, spend visibility, and system integrations.
- Develop clear documentation, SOPs, and process playbooks to standardize operations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in Coupa (P2P and/or CCW).
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, supplier enablement, and approval workflows.
- Proven ability to work with development and QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle/Workday) and data exchange (EDI, cXML, APIs).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a process re-engineering and continuous improvement mindset.
