Role Overview
We're looking for a
Creative Content Strategist
who lives at the intersection of
ideas and impact
. Someone who can take a brief and turn it into content that doesn't just look good — it
performs, converts, and builds belief.
You'll own the storytelling engine of Sova — leading the
ideation, scripting, and execution
of performance-driven campaigns that push creative boundaries and fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Conceptualize creative ideas for
ads, social media, and brand campaigns
that spark emotion and action.
- Identify storytelling opportunities across Meta, YouTube, Google, email, and website.
Creative Execution
- Own the production of
50 unique video creatives per month
— from script to shoot to launch.
- Write
scripts, ad copies, and taglines
optimized for thumb-stopping performance.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and production teams for on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Oversee the creative direction during shoots to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Performance-Driven Approach
- Partner with the performance marketing team to link
creative storytelling to revenue outcomes. - Track and improve metrics like
hook rate, CTR, engagement, and conversions. - Run
A/B tests
and refine creative strategy based on insights and results.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
- Work cross-functionally with
Marketing, Nutrition, and Design
teams for seamless brand messaging.
- Ensure every creative asset reflects Sova's tone, personality, and design ethos.
- Stay on top of content trends and the evolving digital landscape in health and wellness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue growth driven by creative performance.
- Consistent improvement in ad metrics —
hook rate, CTR, engagement, conversion. - Delivery of 50+ unique, high-quality video creatives monthly.
- Brand consistency and creative innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. - Overall Work experience of 6 years or more with a minimum of 3 years
of relevant experience in content strategy, creative direction, (D2C or wellness preferred)
- Experience working at a Creative agency and (or) Health & Wellness Brands preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in
video-first content creation
(Meta / YouTube ads).
- Excellent
writing, conceptual thinking, and storytelling
ability.
- Strong understanding of
digital ad metrics and consumer psychology.
- Hands-on with fast turnarounds and data-backed creative iterations.
