We're now looking for a
Graphic Designer & Video Editor
who lives and breathes creativity — someone who can turn ideas into visuals that
speak, move, and inspire

Your Role:
As our in-house
Design & Content Creator
, you'll be the visual voice of Ballad Media. From crafting scroll-stopping social media posts to editing engaging event highlight videos, you'll be the creative soul behind our storytelling.
What You'll Do:
- Conceptualize and design visually striking
posters, social media creatives, and event announcements - Edit and produce
videos, reels, and motion graphics
for social media and brand campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing and event teams to develop creative concepts and content plans
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and media
- Manage design assets and maintain creative workflows
- Contribute fresh ideas and keep up with design & social media trends
What We're Looking For:
- Strong command over
Canva
and
Adobe Premiere Pro
(bonus if you know Photoshop/After Effects)
- A creative thinker with a good sense of layout, typography, and storytelling
- Understanding of digital aesthetics and social media trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about visual communication
