Role Overview:
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning and on-brand creative assets for various platforms, including web, social media, print, and presentations. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and content to turn concepts into visually impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Visual Communication
- Design engaging and on-brand graphics for web, social, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and printed materials
- Create original illustrations, layouts, and templates
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Tools & Production
- Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) or Figma
- Work with video editing tools (optional but preferred) for basic motion graphics or animations
- Prepare final assets for print and digital delivery
Project Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, content, and web teams to execute integrated campaigns
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Take feedback constructively and iterate designs accordingly
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design collaboration
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Familiarity with branding, packaging, or illustration design
- Experience working within Agile or cross-functional teams
