Were now expanding our marketing team and looking for a Creative Designer (Graphics + Video) who can bring stories to life through motion, visuals, and imagination.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative powerhouse — someone who lives and breathes design, motion, and storytelling.
As our Creative Designer, you'll lead the end-to-end creative execution of visual content across marketing channels — from bold motion graphics and video content to compelling brand visuals and marketing assets that stop the scroll.
If you can turn ideas into visually stunning campaigns and love crafting unique illustrations, animations, and 3D visuals — this role is made for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design projects — from concept to final delivery — across motion graphics, video, and static design.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, explainer videos, and social media animations that communicate complex ideas with visual simplicity.
- Design for a variety of touchpoints: social media campaigns, website visuals, marketing collateral, product branding, and presentations.
- Develop unique illustrations and 3D visuals that align with Efforti's brand tone and storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to bring ideas, campaigns, and brand stories to life visually.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms and assets.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and motion graphics techniques.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, and Graphic Design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your motion design, branding, and creative storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
- Familiarity with Figma, and experience creating visually cohesive UI/marketing designs.
- Experience in 3D design and illustration (using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools) is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of brand design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to lead creative projects independently, while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced marketing environment.
