Creative Designer (Ads & Performance Marketing)

We're looking for a Lead Creative Designer who can turn performance insights into visually stunning ad campaigns. You'll drive the creative direction for performance-led design across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
What You'll Do:
Lead the creative process for ad campaigns — from concept to final execution.
Mentor a team of designers, ensuring consistency, quality, and growth.
Collaborate with performance marketers to translate data into high-performing visuals.
Work on campaigns for global brands across multiple markets.
Evolve creative strategies that balance storytelling, conversion, and aesthetics.
What We're Looking For:
5–7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2+ in performance-focused advertising.
Proven experience creating ad creatives for international brands.
Deep understanding of Meta and Google ad platforms.
Ability to guide and critique design with empathy and clarity.
A portfolio that shows conversion-driven creativity, not just beautiful design.
