Who are you?
We are looking for a talented creative designer to complement our team and work for our client within the pharmaceutical industry. The role will focus on delivering our client’s omnichannel strategy, emphasizing digital and print asset adaptation and refresh.
Must have strong visual communication skills, including graphic design, layout, and typography, and be comfortable working across multiple workstreams. You will execute a variety of digital, online, and print deliverables such as websites, banners, Interactive PDFs, visual aids, brochures, and product packaging.
Job Description :
- Develop artwork for various multichannel deliverables (print and digital) from scratch, creating innovative concepts.
- Create artwork based on approved concepts, including adaptations and updates of existing materials.
- Collaborate with design, copy, brand, project management, and production teams on briefs and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and media specifications for both print (final artworks) and digital (source files).
- Maintain a consistent level of creative quality throughout project lifecycles.
- Work closely with project management under strict design guidelines.
- Develop color palettes and stylesheets as per project directions.
- Participate in training programs and complete assignments as required.
Ideal Profile :
Possess 3-5 years of experience in digital and print design, including User Interface design, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience. Experience working for pharmaceutical companies is desirable.
- Proficiency with the full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Firefly, Figma, Sketch, and 3D tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in digital arts, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong design sensibilities, interactive expertise, and knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Understanding of layout principles and the impact of resizing campaigns; experience working within strict layout guidelines.
- Motion Graphics and Video editing skills, including After Effects, are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Capability to review and give constructive feedback on creative work.
- Knowledge of print processes, including 4-color process and spot colors, and standard print practices across digital and traditional disciplines.
- Familiarity with project management systems such as Jira.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Candidate must reside in Spain, preferably Madrid, as the position is hybrid with occasional client visits.
- Native Spanish speaker with professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
