We’re working with a cutting-edge European crypto platform aiming to make cryptocurrency accessible and secure. They’re seeking a CRM Specialist to drive impactful lifecycle campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and optimise retention using data, AI, and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Create and improve CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Personalize communication based on user data and behavioral insights.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance and optimize continuously using data insights and A/B tests.
- Focus on reducing churn and increasing retention through effective lifecycle marketing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level CRM tools mainly Braze
- A strong analytical mindset, with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English.
