Are you an experienced CSA Project Manager looking to take your career to the next level? Due to continued project success, we are seeking a results-driven and technically strong CSA PM to lead works in Madrid 🇪🇸, Lisbon 🇵🇹, and Frankfurt 🇩🇪.
🔧 The Role:
As a CSA Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural packages, ensuring timely, high-quality execution in a fast-paced data centre environment. You’ll act as the key interface between clients, design teams, and subcontractors, reporting directly to the Project Director.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CSA works from groundworks through to architectural finishes
- Oversee site progress, scheduling, and health & safety compliance
- Coordinate with internal MEP, commercial, and planning teams
- Ensure compliance with local codes, design specifications, and quality standards
- Lead subcontractor coordination and resource planning
- Drive performance and accountability across site teams
✅ Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor
- Proven track record on large-scale industrial or data centre projects
- Strong technical knowledge across civil, structural, and architectural scopes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel or relocate to Madrid 🇪🇸, Lisbon 🇵🇹, or Frankfurt 🇩🇪
