About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and certified Customer Success Implementation Manager to lead the successful onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of our SaaS solutions. This role bridges project management, technical implementation, and customer success—ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes while having an exceptional experience with our platform.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SaaS deployment, strong customer-facing skills, and a proven track record in managing complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, including discovery, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
- Translate client priorities into technical and functional solutions.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Project & Risk Management
- Identify, communicate, and resolve project risks or challenges proactively.
- Ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to advocate for customer needs and resolve issues.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and align our solutions to support them.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the client, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Drive product adoption by delivering training, best practices, and tailored enablement sessions.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion in partnership with Sales.
- Facilitate regular business reviews to showcase value and align on future goals.
- Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in SaaS implementation, customer success, or project management roles.
- Certification(s): PMP, CSM, ITIL, or Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multiple mid-to-enterprise SaaS implementations successfully.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud architecture, and integration workflows.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM, project management, and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Jira, Teamwork).
