Position Summary

We're hiring a 
Client Success Manager
 (Remote) to own relationships with Algomizer's clients and ensure they achieve measurable value from our services. You'll act as the primary point of contact for key accounts—leading onboarding, guiding GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy discussions, and ensuring smooth delivery of all client projects.

This is a senior-level role that requires strong client-facing experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex research and marketing insights into clear business impact. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables exceed expectations, while also spotting opportunities to expand partnerships and deepen our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead client meetings, from onboarding to quarterly business reviews.
  • Proactively address client questions, concerns, and evolving needs.

Strategy & Guidance

  • Advise clients on best practices for GEO and AI visibility, connecting insights to business outcomes.
  • Translate technical research into client-friendly recommendations.
  • Provide consultative support, helping clients maximize value from Algomizer's services.

Project & Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure timely delivery of GEO reports, content strategies, and performance updates.
  • Coordinate with research, strategy, and content teams to align deliverables with client goals.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accountability across all client projects.

Retention & Growth

  • Drive client renewals by demonstrating ongoing value and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Partner with leadership to expand client engagement and support revenue growth.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Mentor and guide Client Success Associates on best practices in client management.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on client needs and market opportunities.
  • Contribute to building playbooks and frameworks for scaling client success.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4–6 years of experience in client success, account management, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to lead client calls, presentations, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Asana, or similar).

Preferred

  • Agency experience managing B2B or enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and GEO practices.
  • Experience identifying upsell opportunities and supporting renewals.

Salary & Benefits

 
$70,000 – $90,000 USD annually (base) + performance-based incentives.

Fully remote within the United States.
