Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships, retaining customers, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer data, addressing customer inquiries, and working closely with teams to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of

  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing and interpreting customer data
  • Skills in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Experience in the technology or supply chain industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
