Are you based in the Netherlands, fluent in one of these native languages – Czech, Romanian, Greek, Portuguese, Hungarian, Slovene (Slovenian), or Polish – and have real experience working in SaaS? Then let’s talk.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our awesome customers using GreenSketch – our solar design SaaS platform that’s shaking up the renewable energy space across Europe.

We’re OSW, one of Europe’s fastest-growing solar distribution companies. Alongside delivering high-quality solar gear, we’ve developed GreenSketch – a clever SaaS tool that makes solar system design fast and frustration-free.

Now, we’re growing – and we want a SaaS-savvy, customer-happy hero (that’s you) to help us scale our impact even further.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the main point of contact for solar installers using GreenSketch
  • Onboard new users and train them on the platform (virtually – or occasionally in person)
  • Troubleshoot problems like a pro and escalate when needed
  • Understand customer needs and proactively guide them to success
  • Promote new features and ensure adoption
  • Track customer health and reduce churn
  • Share feedback with the dev team to help make the platform even better


🎯 You Must Have:

  • Be based in the Netherlands (yes, really!)
  • Be fluent in English + one native language: Czech, Romanian, Greek, Portuguese, Hungarian, Slovene (Slovenian), or Polish
  • 2+ years of direct experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS company
  • Confident explaining software tools and digital workflows to customers
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with CRMs and remote communication tools
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in solar or a technical industry – but not essential
