The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills to drive insights, focusing on customer retention strategies, building strong relationships with clients, onboarding clients and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.We need someone who is available to work US business hours (Central time).QualificationsStrong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsProficient Analytical SkillsExperience in Customer Retention strategiesEffective Relationship Building abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
