Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Konnect Analytics in Coimbatore. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships, and focusing on customer retention through excellent customer service practices.

- Analytical Skills and Relationship Building abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing client accounts and addressing customer needs
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for customer success
- Proven track record in customer success or account management roles
- Knowledge of ERP, HRMS, or CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
